Regulación de ingreso y retiro de estudiantes en Jornada Escolar

Se informa a toda la Comunidad Educativa del Colegio El Prado, que a partir del lunes 27 de mayo, el ingreso y retiro de los alumnos, estará ajustado estrictamente al horario establecido en el reglamento interno del establecimiento, publicado en su página web.

Con respecto a las normas que establece el colegio y conocida por todos los estamentos de la comunidad escolar, se reitera estos puntos importantes a considerar:

Los estudiantes sólo podrán retirarse durante la jornada de clases por razones de fuerza mayor, ya sean éstas:

  • Asistencia a médico o fallecimiento de un familiar directo.
  • Estudiantes que son madres o padres, por enfermedad o control de salud de sus hijos.
  • También podrán ser retirados los estudiantes que durante la jornada de clases presenten síntomas de alguna enfermedad que requieran ser atendidas por su apoderado y/o médico, en cuyo caso deberá ser el apoderado quien proceda a hacer el retiro.
  • Se solicitarán que los retiros autorizados por la dirección del colegio, sean avalados por un documento de respaldo, dejando claro que solo los padres, madres o apoderados podrán realizar dicha gestión. 

Esta medida se ha tomado para dar cumplimiento al regimen curricular de los diferentes niveles de enseñanza, exigidos por el Ministerio de Educación para cada nivel, que establece que todo ingreso o retiro obedezca a motivos de fuerza mayor, que serán autorizadas solamente por la Dirección del Colegio.
