Como Presidente de la Corporación AyG quiero saludar a todos nuestro(as) docentes que entregan una innegable y noble labor en cada uno de nuestros establecimientos, estos profesores y profesoras que inspiran y emocionan en este día tan especial para nosotros, por ello, cada palabra cuenta para llegar a lo más hondo de sus estudiantes y despertar en ellos y ellas una motivación no solo en su formación educativa, sino en su día a día.

Ser docente es todo una vocación de servicio, ejerciendo la profesión con convencimiento y pasión todos los días, no solo para transmitir conocimientos a los y las estudiantes de nuestro país, apoyando su crecimiento y aprendizaje en el marco de una sociedad cada día más dinámica, si no también para enseñar a construir personas de bien que se desarrollen en la sociedad, en forma íntegra. 

Un profesor(a) ayuda siempre con una sonrisa y con voluntad sincera, transmite su estado de ánimo a sus estudiantes y no solo infunde conocimientos en ellos, sino también valores; los ayuda a construir una imagen positiva de sí mismos, para fomentar un autoestima sana que estimule las ganas de aprender y ser un ciudadano con pensamientos críticos.
