El día 06 de este mes, se celebró el Torneo Cuadrangular Copa “Suboficial Vera 2002”, en homenaje en honor al mártir de Carabineros de Chile Cristián Vera Contreras evento deportivo organizado por la 55 comisaría de Pudahuel y con el apoyo de Bodegas San Francisco y la Municipalidad de Pudahuel.
Este torneo se realizó en las canchas de Claudio Arrau, en palabras del propio Presidente de la Corporación AyG Víctor Aguilera Gutiérrez “estamos muy agradecidos a carabineros de Chile, por la oportunidad como Colegio San Felipe y Colegio El Prado, que representen no solo al establecimiento sino a nuestra institución educacional dándole un realce importante a este campeonato y también incentivando el deporte en nuestros niños, niñas y jóvenes».
En este Cuadrangular una mención destacada a los alumnos y alumnas del Colegio el Prado que consiguieron el 2º lugar del Torneo y el Colegio San Felipe por el Premio al Fair Play.
